8. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred

Personal data processed by Aegean Kimya, limited to the purposes specified in this clarification text and in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, may be transferred to;

  1. Türk Telekomünikasyon Anonim Şirketi and Türk Telekomünikasyon group companies;
  2. Companies and our representatives we have authorized, operating on behalf of our company;
  3. Regulatory and supervisory authorities and public institutions and organizations explicitly authorized by law to request personal data;
  4. Business partnerships, supplier and contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other real or legal persons for the specified purposes;
  5. Tax and similar consultants, persons mandatory in legal follow-up processes, public institutions and organizations, and other persons to whom we provide consultancy services, including third parties from whom we receive consultancy, and in this context, business partners, third parties from whom we receive services, authorized persons and organizations.

Your personal data is not transferred abroad by Aegean Kimya in any way. In cases where domestic transfer processes are necessary, your explicit consent for the transfer will be obtained separately.

Aegean Kimya stores personal data for the period required by the processing purposes specified in this clarification text and taking into account the statute of limitations specified in the Law and relevant legislation. If these periods expire, personal data will be deleted or destroyed in accordance with the Law.

  2. To learn the purpose of data processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose;

  4. To request the correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed data and, if conditions are met, to request the deletion of data; and to request notification of this action to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred;
  5. To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems;
  6. To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing;
  7. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law.
